Istria's Queens: Wine, Oil & Truffle Tasting at Cattunar

On the hills above Novigrad, there were three forts. Three queens ruled those forts and overlooked the production of the area: the Queen of Salt, the Queen of Oil, and the Queen of Wine.

The Istria tasting introduces you to the pillars of our region: native grape varieties Malvazija Istriana, Teran, and Muškat Ruža paired with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, charcuterie, cheese selection, and truffle bruschettas. Depending on weather conditions, the tasting is held in the tasting room or on the terrace. All tastings include a cellar tour. Wines in all tasting programs are interchangeable at the guest's request. It is forbidden to serve alcohol to those under 18 years of age.
