You will patiently observe how the dog is searching and react on any movement of his paws, hoping to find some truffles. As a starter, taste a selection of truffle-inspired treats, including homemade truffle spreads, truffle cheese, truffle jam, truffle salami, and our local olive oil with truffles. As a main course, get ready for our signature dish - scrambled eggs with fresh truffles. Watch as we prepare this simple but mouthwatering dish traditionally made for many years in our city of Buzet. Fresh salad with our white truffle balsamic dressing will be served alongside eggs. As a desert comes a sweet finale with creamy vanilla ice cream drizzled with our flavourful white truffle honey.
