A private wine tasting in Trieste can happen where you are staying: inside your apartment or B&B, with no restaurant to reach and no drive back afterwards. The sommelier and wine expert Alessio Rozzi leads you through a two-hour lesson on good wines from the main producing areas of Mitteleuropa.
He explains regions, techniques and producers, so you can compare styles and taste what is most typical of the surroundings. It is as instructive as a class and as pleasant as a drink with a view. Any wine left in the bottles stays with you.

Nobody needs to know wine beforehand: curiosity and good taste are enough, and the lesson works for newcomers as well as for people who already enjoy a glass. A different tasting can be arranged depending on availability. Transport is not included, and the experience is for adults only, as children under 18 are not admitted.
